IIRA Institute is owned and managed by the International Industrial
Relations Association Phil. Inc.

The primary purpose of the IIRA Institute is to promote and enrich the
discipline and practice of Industrial Relations, without regard to religious and
partisan political considerations, in order to contribute to Philippine
industrial development.

Among its activities are:

a) Serve as the training arm of the PIRS, Inc., the Philippine national
organization of the International Industrial Relations Association (IIRA) based
in Geneva, Switzerland;
b) Assist PIRS, Inc. in organizing the Annual National Conferences in Industrial
Relations;
c) Undertake or promote planned researches on Industrial Relations; and
d) Encourage or arrange the publication of papers and proceedings and other
means, promote the diffusion of information on the development of Industrial
Relations.
