
The IIRA Institute Fellowship Program in Industrial Relations and Labor Studies and Administration is open to all professionals and practitioners in IR, HRM and leaders, administrators and managers of trade unions, cooperatives and other civil society organizations.
Qualifications for the Fellowship Program:
- College graduates or having completed at least 60 units of college courses; or High School and Voc-Tech course graduates with equivalent working experiences in the fields of Industrial Relations, HRM and Labor Studies and Administration.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Must have completed the five (5) General Theory courses equivalent to 10 days attendance and five (5) Application Courses or 10 days attendance. The Research Writing Course where the Candidate for the Fellowship will be advised and guided by an advisory group will be equivalent to 4 days of workshop. The paper writer must be able to present his/her paper or project in an IIRA Conference or a lecture or workshop in the IIRA Institute.
